Picton Property Income Limited ("Picton") invests in commercial property located throughout the United Kingdom.
As a closed-ended Property Investment Company, Picton's investment objective is to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income, together with the potential for capital growth from directly or indirectly investing across the principal commercial property sectors; namely office, retail, industrial and leisure.
Picton, which was established in 2005, has approximately 850 investors. It is Guernsey domiciled and is listed on the London Stock Exchange and Channel Islands Stock Exchange. (LSE ticker - PCTN) It is a constituent of the FTSE All Share Index.
Formerly the ING UK Real Estate Income Trust Limited, with effect from 1 January 2012 Picton has become internally managed, and its wholly owned FSA authorised subsidiary, Picton Capital Limited, has become its Investment Manager.
